Hi, I'm Brom

I’m Head of UX and a product designer currently working at Thomas International in Marlow, UK. Working with multiple cross-discipline teams to redefine what talent management and team interactions mean in a hybrid working world.

In my previous incarnations I led the design and launch of an award-winning leadership development platform for IHG; worked closely with the Vancouver Health Authority to scope and design an online leadership development portal; redesigned the Business Franchise Australia, Canada and US experiences; redefined the online experience for Smith+Co; sat in a busy marketing team for Penton Media Group and have worked extensively as a freelancer for a variety of organisations and industries.

I’m currently based in Oxfordshire UK but originally hail from the leafy borough of Chiswick in West London. I have a passion for health and fitness, loud dance music and helping other designers grow and fulfil their potential.
